Stuart Era 17th Century Buckle – 20mm Strap Width
This buckle is a reproduction of a 17th century double loop rectangular spectacle buckle with pointed ends. The buckle features a molded floral edge design. The buckle is made from 100% brass and has an antiqued finish. Buckles of this style and decoration are most suitable for English and Scottish Stuart era clothing and costume between approximately 1620 to 1680 (Jacobean to Restoration era).
The buckle measures 4.6cm in length and 2.7cm in height.
This size of buckle is suitable for a 2cm belt strap width.
