Small items less than 15mm in thickness can be shipped via letter. This service does not include tracking or insurance.

Generally, we don’t ship by sea unless requested by the customer. Shipment by sea is cheaper and good for heavy orders, however, it does not include tracking and does not include insurance.  Consequently, items sent by sea cannot be tracked and no claims against insurance can be made if lost. Generally, sea shipping takes approximately two to three months to Europe and the USA. Items sent via sea to New Zealand generally take about one to two months. We will only send items via Sea by request that weigh over 2kg.

For heavy and larger items such as helmets, armour, and swords please contact us for a quote as the website can sometimes over quote on international shipping prices. If the price you pay is greater than the actual cost of shipping we will refund you the difference.
