Renaissance Maiden Bodice - Brown Cotton

This Renaissance-fantasy bodice a great, versatile addition to your wardrobe.

Pair it with your favourite gown, a blouse and skirt or a shirt and breaches. You can dress this up or down and use it for a variety of costumes.  Will you be an elegant princess? A skilled shield maiden? An wise ranger? An adventurous pirate? This bodice will be a great starting point for many costumes.

The bodice is made of sturdy cotton. Cotton is a natural fibre, which breathes and keeps you cooler than synthetics do and the fabric is a nice heavy weight so it isn't see through either.

The bodice is form fitting and is inspired by the shape of 16 and 17th century "pairs of bodies" (corsets.) It laces up the front and is decorated with embroidery around the neckline.

Machine wash at 40°C / 104°F (preferably with similar coloured clothes to avoid risk of colour transfer). Wash before first use. Can be tumble dried on low heat and can be ironed on low heat if necessary.
