Linen was the most common choice for veils, valued for its durability, ease of cleaning, and ability to withstand the elements. Wealthier women often wore veils in finer fabrics, but natural or bleached linen remained a timeless classic.

This veil is a large oval, which is a very versatile shape that can be pinned in different ways to get different looks. The oval veil reflects styles popular from the 11th to 15th centuries. It is made of natural colour cotton/linen blend (87% cotton, 13% linen)
