Make your own belt with this hand forged D shape belt buckle suitable for lower class Medieval, Viking, LARP and SCA personas.

Evidence for the use of basic D shape buckles have been found from the Roman and Celtic era through to the Viking, middle ages and into the renaissance.  

D shape buckles appear to have been popular during the 12^th and 13^th century in Europe when other styles of highly decorative buckles from the earlier Viking period become less common.

The buckle best fits a strap between 40mm.
