Elfic Ranfer Forged Cloak Clasp/ Fibula

A blacksmith forged cloak dress pin or fibula with decorative twists, perfect for fastening your cloaks or garments together. The brooch is shaped like a horseshoe which was thought to bring good luck and ward off evil. It features decorative twists and knotwork which reminds us of twisting vines

The clasp measures 11cm in length and has an inner diameter of 6.7cm. 

This is a penannular style which is very easy to use. Pierce the cloth where you want your fibula to hold your cloak, then pass the pin between the ends of the ring. Rotate the ring to 90 degrees under the pin tip. Once you let it go, the fabric presses the pin on the ring and keeps the fibula closed.
