Elizabethan / Stuart era Belt Buckle - 15mm Strap Width

Double looped belt buckles or spectacle buckles were common between the mid 14^th century to late 17^th century. This style of  Knop oval buckle has a fan octofoil design and is based on finds from 1550-1650 making it most suitable for Stuart and English Civil War era clothing. It is suitable for straps 15mm wide.
