Make your own Medieval and Tudor era arrows with these blacksmith forged broad arrow heads.
The curved broad head was used for hunting large game animals such as deer or boar. It would have been used at short distances, where possible, to maximum its cutting power. In war it was used to shoot at the horses as the design produced a deeper cut than a needle point arrow.
Great for archery tournaments and competitions, as the weight and size of the arrow head provide a challenge to traditional longbow and recurve users compared to modern field heads.
Each arrowhead measures 9cm in length and best fits a shaft of 8mm in diameter.
Please note, the current stock is the style shown in the final three photos which has a more narrow blade profile.
