This bag is a inspired by bag fittings from an archaeological find (pictured) held in the Chernihiv Historical Museum on Ukraine. You can read about the original find here and also here.
Bags with decorative fittings such as these were popular in northern and north eastern Europe.
The bag has a leather loop at the top allowing it to easily fit on your belt. The bag measures 16cm x 15.5cm in size. It is 5.5m deep and is made from 3mm thick leather.
The fittings are made of brass.
