Make your own medieval plate mail armour with this forged D shape buckle.
The buckle is designed to be riveted onto steel plate or other armour. Insert a solid rivet into the hole on the plate of the buckle and rivet the buckle securely to your armour. The buckle can pivot by not peening the rivet down flush with the plate. Attach a leather strap and secure your armour.
The buckle is heavy duty enough to secure the heaviest plate.
Solid rivets in brass and steel also available separately.
