English Late 14th - 15th century Strap End- 25mm Strap Width

Making a Medieval belt from scratch or adding a finishing touch to one you already have? One of our strap ends may be just what you need.

This strap end suits belt widths of 25mm and larger. You can pair this with a wider belt by tapering the end of the belt to suit the width of the strap end. The strap end includes two brass rivets to attach to your belt.

The fitting measures 31mm wide by 73mm long.

This fitting is based on an original artefact from a private collection in England and is most suitable for late 14th to 15th century clothing. An extant artefact example in this style can be viewed on the Portable Antiquities Scheme by the British Museum (unique ID: GLO-2AC8E1). 

Great for Medieval and Renaissance historical re-enactment, SCA and LARP clothing and costume.
