15th Century Cuirass Breastplate

This cuirass is forged from 16 gauge mild steel and has three sturdy leather straps to fit over your gambeson or to other pieces of plate mail. The two pieces of the breast plate are articulated which gives the wearer greater ease of moment when worn.

This style breast plate has an open back and is most suitable for a 15^th century Medieval re-enactment harness.

Available in three chest sizes

Medium 54cm (measured across the front of the chest) 

large 60cm (measured across the front of the chest) 

XL 66 cms across (measured across the front of the chest)
