Fantasy LARP Barbute Helm

This fantasy helmet is inspired by late 15^th century barbute helms but optimised for 15^th century themed LARP.

The helm has a wide face opening to allow for better ventilation and vision. The helm has a nasal to protect the nose and an elongated central ridge to add an Elvish look to the helm. Depending on the rules of the LARP the finishing point of the ridge at the top back of the helm might require some additional filing to round.

The helm has a circumference of 70cm which will require a padded coif or cap to also be worn. The helm is made from 16 gauge steel and comes complete with an adjustable leather liner and chin strap with solid brass buckle.
